Replaced ugettext and ugettext_lazy with gettext and gettext_lazy d7e2acff34 
ugettext and ugettext_lazy were deprecated in Django 3 and will be
removed in Django 4.
Fixed invalid escape sequence in message string e29e741790
Removed providing_args argument for django.dispatch.Signal e953dcc7e0
